15. February 2018 – MERCATOR CENTER TABOR MARIBOR– REUSE WORKSHOP - MIRROR
The RE-USE CENTER is a partner in the SURFACE project. Through various activities, we want to raise people awareness of the importance of re-use. On Thursday, 15 February 2018, we organized a workshop together with institute ZLATA MREŽA, a topic of our re-use workshop was MIRROR.
A group of people joined us, they were from the Slovenian Association for Mental Health ŠENTLENT MARIBOR.
Our master of re-use showed/presented various design techniques to restore a new look and usefulness to a mirror (eg, servicing, shabby chic, painting, gluing, etc.), of course she used materials, that people throwed it away for waste.
Members of the Society ŠENTLENT MARIBOR, have once a week RE-USE workshops in their spaces, so we could exchanged a lot of new knowledge and experience in the field of re-use
